Mieko,

I wanted to take the time to personally thank Mountain Madness for our great climbing trip over Memorial Day weekend.

Andrew and I have always been a big fan of Enchanted Rock and were surprised to find out that we knew more about The Rock than a lot of the climbers that we met along the backside.

Our instructor lead the way to 15 fabulous climbs that spanked us all into submission. Thanks for the safety instructions and the beta that we sometimes needed to get us to the top without screaming for mercy. I would certainly recommend you guys to anybody looking for some instruction at The Rock and would like to someday take your anchor class and perhaps a lead climbing class when I get that bold.

To Mieko,

I attended a Mountain Madness climbing class on June 1st and I was very impressed with the talent and patience of our guide. I was quite fearful and inexperienced in climbing, but with the guidance and training of our guide I was able to complete more climbs than I thought possible. I would certainly like to climb again, but had it not been for the encouragement and reinforcing the importance of technique, June 1st might have been my first and last day of climbing.

Please let our instructor know that his encouragement and expertise was greatly appreciated.
