Climb with one of the TOP climbing schools in the United States!
Mountain Madness is the ONLY school in Texas to be fully accredited by the American Mountain Guide Association and one of just 33 schools in the country to receive that distinction.
Do you want more reasons? Well...
1. Mountain Madness is the oldest and most experienced climbing school in Texas.
We have taught over 17,000 people to climb since 1986 and are a fully insured concession guide service recommennded by the state of Texas.
2. Scott Harris, owner and founder, is the most experienced guide in Texas and a guide book author to Enchanted Rock State Natural Area.
3. The Guide Staff at Mountain Madness is the most experienced in Texas.
All four of our senior guides are Certified AMGA Single Pitch Instructors.
Many of our instructors are teachers.
Working with kids is a specialty of ours!
4. Every class that Mountain Madness teaches has a Wilderness First Responder on the guide staff!
The six to one student to guide ratio that Mountain Madness maintains in our climbing classes insures that each guide oversees just two climbs.
That way everyone gets plenty of personal attention!
So what are you waiting for?
Sign up for one of our weekend climbing adventures.
You’ll have more fun than a three-armed man (or woman) in a clapping contest :c)
